End User License Agreement

Effective date: 1 November 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and the Snake Grid project maintainer (“Snake Grid,” “we,” or “us”). It covers your use of the Snake Grid game and its included software and game content.

1. The license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Snake Grid on a compatible device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and applicable law.

2. Your use of the game

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly exploit the game or its assets unless we authorize it or applicable law permits it. You may not modify the game, bypass its security or payment checks, use cheats or automation to disrupt the service, or use it in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be restricted, including applicable rights to interoperability or reverse engineering.

3. Ownership and feedback

Snake Grid and its original artwork, code, and branding are owned by their respective rights holders. This EULA gives you a license to use the game; it does not transfer ownership. If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the game without owing you compensation, unless applicable law says otherwise.

4. Game progress and updates

Progress and preferences may be saved locally on your device. They can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its storage, or change devices. We may provide updates, change features, or discontinue a feature. We will not intentionally describe a local save as a cloud backup.

5. Optional wallet and digital purchases

Wallet features are optional. When you choose to connect a compatible wallet or approve a transaction, the wallet provider handles your private keys and asks you to authorize the action. Never share your seed phrase or private key. You are responsible for reviewing the recipient, asset, amount, and any network fee shown by your wallet before signing.

Solana transactions are submitted to a public blockchain and may be irreversible once confirmed. The game does not control wallet providers, the Solana network, RPC providers, or payment services. Availability, fees, and processing times may depend on those third parties. A purchase or unlock is completed only when the game reports the required confirmation. Any price and payment terms will be shown before you authorize a purchase; there are no recurring charges unless clearly stated at checkout.

Statutory consumer rights, including any rights to remedies or refunds that apply to your purchase, are not limited by this EULA. If a purchase does not appear correctly, contact snakegrid322@gmail.com with the transaction details; never send your seed phrase or private key.

6. Third-party services and stores

Wallets, networks, app stores, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. If you obtain Snake Grid through the Solana dApp Store, the Solana Mobile dApp Store Terms of Use also apply. This EULA is between you and the Snake Grid developer; Solana Mobile is not a party to it. If the store terms conflict with this EULA, the store terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Snake Grid Privacy Policy. Please review it before using wallet or payment features.

8. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the game available and functioning, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of a third-party service. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the game is provided without additional warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in this EULA removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your device, your wallet provider, network outages, blockchain behavior, or third-party services outside our control. We remain responsible for liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including any mandatory consumer protections.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the game and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend access to a feature if needed to address misuse, security, legal, or technical issues. Ending this license does not undo a confirmed blockchain transaction or affect rights and obligations that by their nature continue.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this EULA when the game or its terms change. The effective date above identifies this version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated EULA only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Questions can be sent to snakegrid322@gmail.com.
